Webinar Series: Microfluidics 101 with Dolomite – #6 Guide to droplet and particle generation

This free monthly series of webinars will bring you up to speed with microfluidics! From basic principles to advanced knowledge on each key component of a microfluidic system, we’ll discuss the mechanisms behind the technology and how to apply it to encapsulate and deliver drugs, APIs, and biological materials.

Microfluidics is defined as “the science and engineering of systems in which fluid behavior differs from conventional flow theory primarily due to the small length scale of the system. It deals with precise control and manipulation of fluids in micro and picolitre scales that are geometrically constrained to microfluidic devices with internal sizes ranging from approximately 1 to 1000 μm. Watch the 6th session of our webinar series which explores particle generation, ways to achieve efficient loading and easily control particle sizes by using microfluidics. We’ll explain the benefits of microfluidics over traditional batch methods to show you how easily you can validate and scale up your particle production.

Join us on every last Thursday of each month in 2021 for even more microfluidic know-how!
